You’ll learn how to confidently ‘kidify’ the traditional teaching of Hatha yoga, mantra meditation, and the basics of Ayurveda.

Course Dates

The online version and component of this course is self-paced and students can start anytime. You’ll have lifetime access to the course portal, and no timeframes for completion. The suggested timeframe for completion is 6 weeks. It is possible to complete the entire training within the 2-week period of live training days.
